Sucessfully managing organic campaigns for global brands such as Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Diesel, Trainpal, Hostinger or Haypp, reprensenting in organic growths of 130% -300% YoY in Latinamerican and DACH countries. He is passionate about helping businesses use the latest SEO techniques, data-driven advertising, and culturally resonant content to connect with their communities and achieve measurable success in the evolving digital landscape.






Marco -Founder
Global Media & Digital Growth Leader with over 11 years of international experience across luxury, retail, travel, tech, entertainment, and telecom sectors. Proven record of managing €19M+ annual media investments and scaling digital performance for global brands including Orange, Meliá, Yves Rocher, Marimekko, and Deezer. Expert in combining strategy, data, and creativity to build full-funnel ecosystems that drive both brand equity and business growth. Recognized for leading cross-market teams and agencies to deliver measurable impact while integrating innovation across CRM, paid media, and Martech infrastructures. Also acts as an advisor for start-ups on digital growth, performance strategy, and market expansion.
Lauro -Social Media Strategist
Lauro studied Communication at the University of Lima in Peru. In 2015, he worked as a web writer and news anchor at Canal N, building a strong foundation in digital content creation. He transitioned to radio as the Social Media Editor at Radio Programas del Perú (RPP), where he managed digital strategy and engagement across multiple platforms. After his experience at RPP, Lauro moved into the public sector in 2017, creating digital content for the Ministry of Production of Peru, where he designed campaigns aimed at national audiences. In 2019, driven to expand his expertise in storytelling, he began studies at The Salt Institute for Documentary Studies at the Maine College of Art, and was awarded the Salt Fellowship that same year. Lauro now resides in New Jersey, United States, where he works independently as a documentarian and writer, while continuing to provide social media strategy and digital storytelling services to clients.
